Fastwarm™ Solid18 Multi Zone Water Underfloor Heating Kits are designed for a low-profile retro fit installations in multiple zones in whole home renovations. Allowing for individual room control using multiple thermostats for each system to set different temperatures and times accordingly.
The Fastwarm™ Solid18 panels are a gypsum-based panel which is floated across a flat surface, allowing the product to be tiled or levelled to directly without having to adhere panels to the subfloor. The plastic end return panel has multiple snap points to allow loops and leader to be positioned at either end of the room for pipe working to and from the manifold, making FastWarm™ Solid18 panel a popular choice for installers and home-owners due to their versatility and multi-purpose application.
The Solid18 panel is approved by ULTRA Tile for use with S2 tile adhesive and MSP Primer, meaning tiles can be applied DIRECTLY to the panel or can be covered with a 10mm bed of Ultra Tile 2-part levelling compound for floor finish such as Wood, LVT/Linos and Carpets.
Each system is designed based on 20m2 per zone and one controller per zone.

Systems come with an easy-to-follow installation guide and all pipework comes with lifetime (50yr) guarantee. FastWarm™ also has a fully qualified technical support team available for on-site queries.
These Multi zone water underfloor heating kits are designed to cover the m2 in pipework when spaced at 150mm spacings NB. Pipe is not provided to get to and from from the heat source.

As standard we include 2 - 3 working day delivery on all orders delivered to the UK mainland. * A £5 delivery charge will be applied to all orders below £20.
Delivery cut off times
Our final delivery time for Mondays to Thursday is 4:30pm. To give us a bit more time to ensure weekend deliveries are handled and our couriers have time to collect, the final delivery time on Fridays is 4:00pm.

Pre 10:30am and Saturday delivery services are available on orders placed before 4:30pm. Any order placed before 4:30pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (unless its a bank holiday) so please select a Saturday service if a weekend delivery is required.
Delivery outside the UK
Delivery outside the mainland UK may be arranged by prior agreement. You will be notified of the amount of the charge for this service and will at that point have to make a decision whether you wish to proceed wth your order.
Important: Our deliveries rely on third party couriers, so, whilst we make every effort to deliver your order on the specified date and time, unfortunately there may be occasions when this will not be possible due to external influences. Due to this we strongly recommend you ensure you have received your order before any tradespeople/builders are scheduled to commence work.
