FastWarm® ThermoDeck Multi Zone Water Underfloor Heating Kits are designed to provide a lowultra low profile retro fit installations above joisted floors in multiple zones in whole home renovations and new builds. Allowing for individual room control using multiple thermostats for each system to set different temperatures and times accordingly.
FastWarm® ThermoDeck 22mm chipboard is grooved at 150mm centres to accept 16mm pipe and factory fitted with a 100-micron foil covering for even heat distribution suitable for applications over a suspended / joisted floor providing minimal floor build up.
Once installed FastWarm® ThermoDeck needs to be covered with a minimum of 6mm ply to provide a solid subfloor to finish the room with you desired floor finish.
Each system is designed based on 20m2 per zone and one controller per zone.

FastWarm® ThermoDeck Multi Zone Water Underfloor Heating systems are the homeowner and installers perfect choice as each kits comes complete with everything you need in a box with a multiple of different choice of thermostat control. Systems come with an easy-to-follow installation guide and all pipework comes with lifetime (50yr) guarantee. FastWarm® also has a fully qualified technical support team available for on-site queries.
These Multi zone water underfloor heating kits are designed to cover the m2 in pipework when fitted into the grooves provided NB. Pipe is not provided to get to and back from the heat source.
FastWarm® Water Kits include FastWarm® branded products, from pipework, pump, thermostats, manifolds etc as to ensure that seal of quality and approval and reassure the lifetime guarantee that comes with FastWarm® systems. There are many similar systems on the market that are simply unbranded or OEM parts.

- Material
- Fastwarm ThermoDeck is made of P5 Tongue and Grooved 22mm chipboard, factory fitted with a 100 micron foil high-density particleboard with a minimum thickness of 12mm. Each board is 2400mm x 600mm x 22mm covering an area of 1.44m2.
- Groove Design
- Fastwarm ThermoDeck precision-machined grooves running along the length of the panel at regular intervals suitable for the underfloor heating system. The grooves spaced at 150mm centres with an integrated loop to provide maximum floor coverage and even heat distribution.
- Surface Finish
- Fastwarm ThermoDeck must be covered with a minimum of 6mm ply to ensure correct installation. Above this surface your desired floor finish can be installed such as laminate or engineered woods, tiles, LVT (vinyls) and low tog underlay and carpets (2.5TOG max).
- Compatibility
- Fastwarm ThermoDeck panels are compatible with 12mm underfloor heating pipework, ensuring easy installation and optimal performance when used in conjunction with such systems.

Delivery cut off times
Our daily cut-off time for dispatch is 4:30pm Monday–Thursday and 4:00pm on Fridays. Orders placed before the cut-off time will be dispatched for next working day delivery (if this option is selected). Orders placed after 4:00pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Other Delivery Options
PRE-10:30AM and Saturday Delivery services are available, but orders must be placed before the relevant cut-off times.
NOTE: All orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (unless its a bank holiday), unless a Saturday Delivery service is selected and paid for before the 4:00pm Friday cut-off.
Delivery outside the UK
Delivery outside mainland UK may be arranged by prior agreement. You will be advised of the delivery charge before dispatch, at which point you can decide whether you wish to proceed with your order.
Important: Our deliveries rely on third party couriers, so, whilst we make every effort to deliver your order on the specified date and time, unfortunately there may be occasions when this will not be possible due to external influences. Due to this we strongly recommend you ensure you have received your order before any tradespeople/builders are scheduled to commence work.
