Fastwarm® Multi Zone Clip Track Water Underfloor Heating Kits are designed for multiple zones and whole home applications such as new builds or whole home renovations. Allowing for individual room control using multiple thermostats for each system to set different temperatures and times accordingly.
Utilising Fastwarm 1m Clip Track this option provides a easy to install fixing track where insulation may be at less of a depth. Each clip in which pipe is inserted is spaced at 50mm interval making this and ideal solution for in screed applications.
These Mulit zone water underfloor heating kits are designed to cover the m2 in pipework when spaced at 200mm spacings NB. Pipe is not provided to get to and back from the heat source.
Each system is designed based on 20m2 per zone and one controller per zone.

- Select a suitable location for the pump & manifold unit and mount on the wall.
- Clipping the 1m sections together to create one continous length space runs at 750mm spacing apart using the self adhesive backing to adhere to the floor.
- Lay the pipe as planned, fixing every 150mm or 200mm spacing depending on the system purchase, compressing pipe into the manufactured grippers.
- To lay the circuit, cut the pipe end squarely using the plastic pipe cutter, re-round the pipe end with the tool provided, place the nut over the pipe, ensure the olive and insert is fully fitted over the end of the pipe and the assembly is attached to the manifold. Tighten the nut using an open end spanner. Do not over tighten.
- Prevent people from walking on the pipes, keep tools etc away from the pipes and use running boards. The pipe is very tough, but it is better to be safe than sorry.
- It is IMPORTANT that the underfloor heating system is properly filled with water (use a garden hose) and purged completely of air to ensure correct operation. IT IS NOT ADEQUATE TO FILL THE SYSTEM USING THE BOILER FILLING LOOP!
- Easy Installation:
- The clip rail track features a self-adhesive backing, allowing for quick and hassle-free installation. It can be securely mounted to the subfloor, providing a stable base for the pipework.
- Secure Pipework Fixing:
- Once the clip rail track is in place, the (15mm/16mm) pipework can be easily clipped into position, ensuring a secure and reliable fixing. This helps to prevent any movement or displacement of the pipework during and after installation.
- Optimal Heat Distribution:
- By securely holding the pipework in place, the clip rail track ensures that the warm water flows evenly throughout the underfloor heating system. This results in efficient and consistent heat distribution across the entire floor surface.
- Quantity Calculation:
- The required quantity of clip rail track can be easily determined by multiplying the area in square meters (m2) by 1.5. For example, if you have a floor area of 30m2, you would need 45 clip rail lengths to cover the entire space.

Our final delivery time for Mondays to Thursday is 4:30pm. To give us a bit more time to ensure weekend deliveries are handled and our couriers have time to collect, the final delivery time on Fridays is 4:00pm.

Delivery outside the UK
Delivery outside the mainland UK may be arranged by prior agreement. You will be notified of the amount of the charge for this service and will at that point have to make a decision whether you wish to proceed wth your order.
Important: Our deliveries rely on third party couriers, so, whilst we make every effort to deliver your order on the specified date and time, unfortunately there may be occasions when this will not be possible due to external influences. Due to this we strongly recommend you ensure you have received your order before any tradespeople/builders are scheduled to commence work.
