Fastwarm® Single Zone Water Underfloor Heating Spreader Plate Kits are designed for installations between joists, for areas being installed as one Zone (area) and come with only one thermostatic controller. Meaning regardless of how big the area/how many rooms, the system will act as one and be controlled as one zone. Fastwarm Aluminium spreader plates are 390mm x 1000mm x 0.5mm (groove depth: 16mm) diffuser plates suitable for joist centres of 400mm and are based at 200m.
Fastwarms 16mm Pert Pipe is fixed in the grooves of the plates, insulation is placed in the void below the plates to minimize downward heat loss and dissipate the heat even across the floor evenly.
FastWarm® Spreader Plate Water Underfloor heating systems are the homeowner and installers perfect choice as each kits comes complete with everything you need in a box with a multiple of different choice of thermostat control. Systems come with an easy-to-follow installation guide and all pipework comes with lifetime (50yr) guarantee. FastWarm® also has a fully qualified technical support team available for on-site queries.
These Single zone water underfloor heating kits are designed to cover the m2 in pipework when spaced at 200mm spacings NB. Pipe is not provided to get to and from from the heat source.

Delivery cut off times
Our daily cut-off time for dispatch is 4:30pm Monday–Thursday and 4:00pm on Fridays. Orders placed before the cut-off time will be dispatched for next working day delivery (if this option is selected). Orders placed after 4:00pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Other Delivery Options
PRE-10:30AM and Saturday Delivery services are available, but orders must be placed before the relevant cut-off times.
NOTE: All orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (unless its a bank holiday), unless a Saturday Delivery service is selected and paid for before the 4:00pm Friday cut-off.
Delivery outside the UK
Delivery outside mainland UK may be arranged by prior agreement. You will be advised of the delivery charge before dispatch, at which point you can decide whether you wish to proceed with your order.
Important: Our deliveries rely on third party couriers, so, whilst we make every effort to deliver your order on the specified date and time, unfortunately there may be occasions when this will not be possible due to external influences. Due to this we strongly recommend you ensure you have received your order before any tradespeople/builders are scheduled to commence work.
