Fastwarm® Electric Underfloor Heating systems are composed of a twin core conductor that can be used to heat your floor and, depending on the heat output selected, your entire room.
Fastwarm® Electric Underfloor Heating systems come in various forms: -

- Can be used beneath floating floor finishes such as laminate or engineered woods

Fastwarm 100w/m2 underfloor heating sticky mats are the perfect solution to take the chill off the floor and be used as a secondary source of heat.
Sticky Mat kits are suitable for larger floor area and be used in conjunction with multiple floor coverings.
Kit Sizes range from 0.5m2 to 24m2
Fastwarm 150w/m2 can be used as the primary heat source when used in conjunction with Fastwarm insulation boards.
Sticky Mat Kits are suitable for use in areas such as kitchens, dining room and living areas.
150w/m2 can be used under most floor coverings (correct installation method applies)
Kit Sizes range from 0.5m2 to 24m2
FastWarm 200w/m2 Underfloor Heating Sticky Mat kits are designed to act the primary source of heating and are the perfect solution for areas of high heat loss such as, conservatories or extensions.
200w/m2 provide a 25% faster warm up time in comparison to 150w/m2 systems
Kit Sizes Range from 0.5m2 to 18m2
FastWarm 100w/m2 Loose Cable Underfloor Heating systems, provides a highly economical floor warming system and are used to cover larger areas.
Cable must be spaced 10cm apart to achieve correct wattage output.
100w/m2 are not suitable as a primary heating source, only to be used as secondary heating for under tiled floors.
Kit sizes range from 1.15m2 to 36m2
FastWarm FastGrid Underfloor Heating Cable kits are an industry first and exclusive to Fastwarm. FastGrid is the ONLY system in the UK that is designed for use with 2mm cable. Meaning lower floor heights and less tile adhesive is required.

If your insulation is sufficient, FastWarm 150w/m2 Loose Cable Underfloor Heating systems are suitable as a main source of heating.
Cable must be spaced 6.5cm apart to achieve correct wattage output.
These cables are most frequently used for kitchens, dining rooms, large bathrooms and the majority of other spaces with tiled flooring.
Kit sizes range from 0.75m2 to 24m2
FastWarm 200w/m2 Loose Cable Underfloor Heating systems, are generally used in areas where high heat loss is a problem, such as conservatories and areas with bi-fold doors.
Cable must be spaced 5cm apart to achieve correct wattage output.
Giving a 25% faster warm up time than standard 150w mats.
Kit sizes range from 0.6m2 to 18m2

FastWarm Under Carpet / Vinyl system provides an efficient underfloor heating solution to heat any floor area covered with low tog carpets (2.5 Tog) or Vinyl/Lino.
Under carpet systems are designed at 140w/m2
This system must be installed using Fastwarm 6mm EPS Insulation Board and HeatPak Dual Overlay.
