Luxury underfloor heated homes complete in Greater Manchester

A development of luxe homes launched by the SCL Property Group recently completed. Based in Cheadle Hulme’s Albert Road, four fully detached residences have been fitted and finished to a precise standard as part of the shceme. SCL is Short Construction’s residential arm, and specialises in domestic buildings with a value ranging from £750,000 to around £6 million.

The Greater Manchester development is dubbed Albert Gardens and will hold its open day for prospective homebuyers on the luxury market to inspect the impeccable residences. Prices range upwards starting at £1,075,000, however, one higher-end home has already sold.

The Director of Land and New Homes for the Gascoigne Halman, the estate agency charged with marketing the project, Michael Thompson recently spoke out about the development:

“Albert Gardens brings an appealing blend of sophistication and sustainability to Cheadle Hulme. Convenience is also key here with the scheme positioned an easy five-minute walk to the village centre and station, oversized integral garages, plus electric car charging points.”

He added that the homes were highly specified luxury residences featuring bathrooms and kitchen by Spanish ceramics expert Porcelanosa. For home heating, project designers have selected underfloor heating systems powered by air source heat pumps. Underfloor heating is often paired with ceramic flooring as its holds heat for longer and warms up much quicker than many other floor finishes.
